Samuel Cogliati will take us on a tour of his preferred terroir: Champagne. As his trademark habit, we will endeavour in a blind tasting of champagne from high-profile vignerons to investigate and meditate through the meanders of grape varieties, terroir and its expression, vinification techniques, dosage and distinctive features.
