After a degree in Agriculture he has spent 15 years in the southern part of the world in charge of rural develpment projects. Living in Italy now for a long time, he is dedicated to seeking wines made with passion and to communicate their qualities both off and on-line. Dan likes the good side, in people and in things. He loves food and wine and these have become his main occupation.
