Weingut Georgium
It is our philosophy to capture the true essence of the grape and it´s original place, showing a pure, natural vintage wine, unblemished by technical interventions. After spontaneous fermentation our wines ripen inbetween 12 and 48 month in big oak barrels, and again a year in bottle before coming into selling. We believe in our bond with the environment, and responsibilities, which come therefore along. For the soil we stand on, as well as for the people we live with. We focus on burgundy grape varietals, biodynamically grown on 3 ha close to the lake “Längsee”. Our annual production is approximately 7000 bottles.
