Wine Artisans: Ezio Cerruti
We like to consider Ezio Cerruti the king of “Moscato passito”, a sweet white wine from sun dried aromatic grapes that he grows in Piedmont. Since a few years he is also working on dry white wines from Moscato grapes and the results are amazing. Foto © Francesco Orini

He grows only two native red varieties, Aleatico and Grechetto Rosso, from which produces different wines including the awesome “Alter Alea” a white wine obtained from Aleatico red grapes.
