Boleslav Mervič conduce con la figlia Cristina l’azienda vitivinicola JNK in Slovenia nella Valle di Vipava. Producono circa 11000 bottiglie l’anno principalmente da uve bianche che vengono vinificate lasciando le bucce a macerare nel mosto per qualche giorno ottenendo vini dal bellissimo colore ambrato, dal gusto intenso e adatti all’invecchiamento.
