Iago’s Wine

The company has owned the vineyard and a small wine cellar (marani) in the village of Chardakhi, Mtskheta Region, for over 50 years. The vineyard is situated in Mukhrani valley, which is one of the best and most historically well-known sites in Georgia. At present, the company produces approximately 3000 bottles of dry white wine named “Iagos Wine”. All of the viticultural and vinification processes involved in the production of this wine follow environmentally pure, and traditional Georgian techniques. The wine is made with one of the best Georgian vine species “Chinuri”. Then, the wine is fermented and stabilized in the clay pitchers (Qvevri), which are 3 centuries old.
