Andrea Kihlgren, from Santa Caterina winery in Sarzana (La Spezia) is pursuing with great mindfulness his project of sustainable agriculture in a territory where this awareness is lacking. Andrea is engaged in a continuing quest to make his soils ever richer and more vital and his success is showing in the liveliness and minerality that mark every sip of his white wines, and in the deep authenticity of his reds.
